Ingredients: 1/2 banana, 1 scoop protein powder, 1/2 cup milk (or substitute), 1/2 cup room-temp or chilled coffee, 1 1/2 cup ice, optional sprinkle of cacao nibs for antioxidants

Make your morning efficient with this simple combination ingredients for a burst of energy and the protein to sustain it throughout the day. Combine half a banana, a scoop of protein powder, ½ cup of milk (or substitute), and ½ cup of room-temperature coffee in a blender. Slowly add in 1 ½ cups of ice into the blender until thick in consistency. Pour the mixture into a to-go cup, sprinkle it with cacao nibs, and run out the door to catch your ride.
