Chicken: The layout of this meal was really pretty! It was on the kid’s section of the Lynhall’s menu and was surprisingly filling. It contained chicken, kale, and white beans along with a piece of bread. It was really well seasoned and had numerous flavors. The chicken, however, seemed kind of bland if you didn’t dip it in the stew broth. The bread was a really nice end to the dish, but was also extremely crunchy. Altogether, I would give the dish a 8/10 overall.
Tomato Basil Soup: This soup was creamy and thick, but not overwhelming – it definitely hit the spot! I really enjoyed it because it was simple, but well done. It came with a piece of bread that I thought was delicious to dip in the soup. However, I’d recommend getting a cup rather than a bowl, as it it is really. Definitely would recommend, and I give this soup a 9 out of 10!
Grilled Cheese: This grilled cheese was very hard to eat and definitely not my favorite dish. It was difficult to eat without making a mess because the of the tough, dense crust. If you like an extra crunch and are willing to work a little to get to the middle of your sandwich, this might just be the sandwich for you! Another disappointment with this sandwich was the creamy sauce within it. It was just just not what I look for in a grilled cheese sandwich. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this dish and would give it a 6.5 out of 10.
