Siona’s how to: bake mini donuts

• 5 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
• ½ cup sugar
• 1 egg
• ½ cup milk
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 tsp baking powder
• pinch of salt
• 1 cup all-purpose flower
• ½ cup cocoa powder
• Glaze
o 2 cups powdered sugar
o 1 tsp vanilla
o ½ cup whole milk

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
2. Lightly spray mini donut pan (can use muffin/cupcake pan as well)
3. In a medium bowl, cream together butter and sugar
4. Add egg, milk, and vanilla and mix until combined
5. Add baking powder and salt
6. Add flour and cocoa powder until combined
7. Pour mixture into a piping bag or ziplock bag and cut the tip off. Fill each donut only half full.
8. Bake tray for 8-10 minutes until golden brown
9. In mean time, make vanilla glaze by combining powdered sugar, vanilla and whole milk. Allow donuts to cool before glazing.
