Five Minute Breakfast Recipes

Yogurt Parfait 

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt
  2. 1/4 cup fresh or defrosted frozen strawberries in juice
  3. ¼ cup of fresh blackberries, raspberries or blueberries
  4. 1/4 cup of granola

Directions

  1. Layer 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt into the bottom of the glass.
  2. Combine defrosted strawberries and juice with fresh berries.
  3. Alternate layers of fruit and granola with yogurt until glasses are filled to the top.
  4. Serve parfaits immediately to keep granola crunchy.

 

Açai Bowl

Ingredients

  1. 1 banana
  2. 6 Strawberries
  3. 6 Raspberries
  4. ½ tablespoon of Açaí powder
  5. ½ cup of almond milk
  6. 2-3 pieces of ice
  7. Fruit for topping

Directions

  1. Blend all of the ingredients together. Once blended pour into a bowl.
  2. Put toppings on top.
  3. Enjoy!

 

Peanut Butter Toast

Ingredients

  1. 1-2 slice(s) of bread
  2. Peanut butter
  3. Banana
  4. Chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

  1. Lightly toast bread.
  2. Slice banana while waiting.
  3. Spread peanut butter on toast.
  4. Lay banana slices on top.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top for extra crunch.

 

Apple & Orange Juice

Ingredients

  1. 1 rinsed apple (any variety)
  2. ¼ cup of orange juice

Directions

  1. After washing it, slice the apple into pieces. You can choose the size
  2. Put the apples in a Tupperware container
  3. Pour the orange juice over top of the apples
  4. Close the Tupperware container and enjoy!
